“Be the Change you want to see in the world.”
Have you realized that quite often, we all tend to look outwards and expect others to change than us?
For anything and everything, either someone else or consequences are to be blamed. Consciously or unconsciously, we consider ourselves to be a product of circumstances rather than creating them.
Whether we accept it or not, the truth remains that our current state results from our past actions & our actions now will decide our future.
The most uncomplicated way to build a better tomorrow is to control our actions today.
However, this is easier said than done.
Our activities are guided by our beliefs, which are formed over a period of time and have their foundation in multiple factors like the environment in which we grew up, the events happening around us, the people we spend our time with, etc.
Therefore, the perfect recipe for taking the right action requires aligning our belief system, which comes only from knowing oneself.
Sadly enough, most of us have a minimal understanding of ourselves.
Either we don’t attempt to know ourselves, as it is not always a comfortable experience, or we don’t know how to do it.
Personally speaking, I always thought that the way I behave is my default setting, and it simply can’t be changed.
That was my belief system.
But thanks to my mentors, I was proven wrong.
Now you would be wondering Why and How?
Let me answer the Why part first.
It’s because I had limited awareness of myself. Therefore, my views were limited to the extent of my knowledge.
Coming to How—Once I got the awareness, I could understand myself and my personality in detail. In the process, I realized that it’s possible to change my beliefs and control my actions.
I could find answers to many questions :
- Why do I behave the way I do?
- Why is my behavior inconsistent?
- Why am I at ease in doing certain things while hating some stuff?
- Why do my productivity levels vary?
- What can I do to maximize the output?
- How can I change my stage and move from a lower to a higher state of my being?
- What are the consequences of destructive behavior?
- How to avoid being in a bad state?
- What is my personality type?
- The level of greatness that I can achieve?
Last but not least, I learned about eminent individuals who share my personality type and how they could attain extraordinary success. This revelation was an eye-opener of sorts and massively inspiring.
Once I got the awareness, I became more curious.
Now I wanted to know how can I transform myself into a better individual to get more from life.
I wanted to transition from ordinary to extraordinary.
Fortunately for me, I was introduced to an incredible system by my mentors, and that was the beginning of my transformation as an individual.
I got clarity for my mission in life.
Within a matter of few months, I became a Best-Selling author of 2 books.
I became a leading life transformation coach, helping people become the better version of themselves.
I was interviewed on various platforms, sharing my views.
My writeups were published in local magazines.
I wrote scores of blogs and articles.
And most importantly, I was able to fulfill my dream of creating a greater impact in the life of others.
Today as you are reading this, I am doing all of this & much more while living the life of FREEDOM.
