Why is it that some people are able to earn lots of money & create extra-ordinary wealth, while others struggle?
What do they differently which most people don’t?
Well, there are many theories and explanations and each has its own significance.
However, over my years of experience, I have observed one common trait between success and money.
The more you chase them, the more they run away from you. If your goal is to just make money, then chances are you will keep pursuing it but you won’t get it. Soon you will feel exhausted.
What’s the way out?
Instead of chasing it, attract it.
To attract riches you must become an attractive person. We are not talking about the outward appearance or a flashy lifestyle. Attractiveness should come from within and that requires deep work on your personality & mindset.
There are people who want to make money via shortcuts but fail miserably. A short-term approach helps only in instant gratification but doesn’t sustain. The world is full of examples where people who tried to make quick riches by duping others got short-term gains but had to pay them back later. It’s important to remember that only mint can make money, the rest of us just earn it. The people looking for shortcuts are just not willing to understand the basic principle that there is a price to be paid for everything. There are no free lunches in this world.
A sustainable and assured way of earning money is by creating & delivering value in your work. Value creation can be done in form of a product or service. Depending on the kind of work you do, focus on delivering value, and money will follow. Expecting money first before rendering value is just like putting cart before the horse and we know that it doesn’t work that way. You can’t get rich without making others rich.
The money or income generation formula is simple, M=f(V), which implies money is a function of value.
Value creation is the input that is in our control and needs to be focused upon, money which is the output will certainly follow. The quantity of output(money) is directly linked to the quality of input(value).
The biggest mistake, which most people do is focusing in the wrong direction. Without working on input, expecting the output is wishful thinking at best.
Once this formula gets into your system, you will notice a shift in your mindset. Gradually you will see your transformation into Money Magnet, who can pull all the riches towards themselves.
To quote Tony Robbins, “Success is 80% mindset, 20% mechanics”
It’s, therefore, a no-brainer that working on 80% will give you faster & better results. Still, most people keep working on 20% & fail.
As you are reading this, I am sure you would agree with the points shared above. However, your results will be decided by the choice you make and the action you take.
95% of people read, listen, watch but don’t act. Only 5% do.
This 5% of people are the ones who transform, get success & attract wealth.
You need to decide, where would you rather be . Among the 95% majority or 5% minority?
